FreeTextBox

I purchased pro last night but never did receive the license file. What should I do to get it? I received the e-mail when my account was created and I received the e-mail receipt from the purchase. Have I missed something?

I have not receved my license file yet for  pro.  Purchased March 25th 2008 its now March 26th 2008.

I have not receved my license file yet either.  Purchased May 13th 2008 its now May 14th 2008.  Perhaps I have missed something but I don't see an explanation anywhere descibing how the .lic file will be distributed once you pay for it.  Do I need to go somewhere to download it or will it be sent through email?  Do you manually generate .lic files and this is the reason that it takes 24 hours or more?  Right now it seems as though I paid for a product that I may not every get.

I spoke too soon.  Just after I posted I recieved a response from support.  I figure if I am willing to take the time to complain on the forum then I should let everyone know when they have fixed my problem.

Here is the reply, if you are waiting for a .lic file then they will eventually get it to you.

Thanks for your email. Most of the time the license is just in the spam folder. The initial email went to your other address (email address hidden).
