    Issue on Firefox

In firefox, I cannot write anything on text area or click in any button. It doesn't respond.

    Anybody knows something about this?

    Thank you

    Re: Issue on Firefox

I am using the new version of FireFox v1.5 and ASP.NET 2.0 it seems to work fine.

If you are using and older version you may want to try adding Browser Caps.

Here is an article that should get you through it  http://aspnet.4guysfromrolla.com/articles/050504-1.aspx

    Re: Issue on Firefox

I have tried the solution suggested by deRock and it didn't work. I'm using firefox 1.5.0.6, and ASP.NET 2.0. No difference. Then I tried to use the ViewStateText property with the same results.

    Re: Issue on Firefox

Did you get the same problem in IE?

This problem usually happens if javascript is disabled.
I can replicate your problem by using the NoScript firefox extension and enable "Forbid Scripts Globally".

    Hope this helps.

I'm using Firefox 1.5.0.6 and ASP 1.1 but might change to ASP 2.0...

    Re: Issue on Firefox

This is a focus issue.   If you give focus to another control on your page then give focus to FTB it will work fine.

I reported this over 2 months ago and it still hasn't been resolved or even replied to
