I spoke too soon. Just after I posted I recieved a response from support. I figure if I am willing to take the time to complain on the forum then I should let everyone know when they have fixed my problem.
Here is the reply, if you are waiting for a .lic file then they will eventually get it to you.

Thanks for your email. Most of the time the license is just in the spam folder. The initial email went to your other address (email address hidden).
